I am a Ph.D. candidate at Institute of Human Resource Management of National Sun Yat-sen University Taiwan. My research area is organizational behavior and human resource management, focus on Affects at Work, Emotional Blackmail, and Feedback. I have published articles in SSCI and TSSCI journals such as Applied Psychology: An International Review and Journal of Human Resource Management.
